In a momentous occasion graced by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and Bharatiya Janata Party's National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda ji, the two-day National Convention of the party commenced at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The programme was attended by the Union Home Affairs and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah, along with the Union Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh, and all central ministers of the party, Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states, Deputy Chief Ministers, State and District Presidents, as well as all party office-bearers. Nearly 10,000 delegates from across the country participated in the convention.

Before the convention was formally kicked off , the BJP flag was unfurled by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, and the National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda. The convention kicked off with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and the rendition of the national anthem. Shri Nadda conveyed appreciation to office bearers and party workers for their dedication and hard work, for their collaborative endeavors in propelling the BJP's triumphant momentum. He lauded Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's steadfast dedication to the party's growth. Shri Nadda elaborated on the BJP's journey, from its challenging origins to becoming the world's largest political party, crediting its success to the commitment of its members and the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

          Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the nation is advancing on the path of development, and a new dimension has been established in politics. The tenure of the Bharatiya Janata Party under the esteemed leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is marked by numerous accomplishments.

          Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the BJP will surpass the mark of 370 and the NDA will secure more than 400 seats, in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

          The bill to abolish Article 370, which had been stalled for years due to political animosity,  was swiftly passed in both the houses of Parliament within three days under the leadership of esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. This was made possible by the adept strategy of Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji, leading to the permanent abolition of Article 370.

          The current stature that the party has achieved and the strength with which the organization today stands firmly at the grassroots level is only possible due to sacrifices of our respected leaders, their austerity, and the commendable contributions of every party karyakarta.

          BJP, with its roots in the Bharatiya Jan Sangh, has weathered significant challenges over seven decades. In the past decade, under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji's leadership, the party has seen remarkable growth and acceptance.

          Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has shifted the narrative and prioritized the upliftment of GYAN - Gareeb (the poor), Yuva (the youth), Annadata (the farmers), and Nari Shakti (women empowerment), thus ensuring the nation's overall development.

          In 1989, at the BJP's national executive in Himachal Pradesh, it was decided to work on the construction of the Shri Ram Mandir. Despite mockery from opposition parties, after 500 years of struggle, the dream of the nation was finally fulfilled. On January 22, 2024, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji observed an 11-day penance to honor Bhagwan Ram's homecoming, leading to the realization of the temple and the vision of Ram Rajya.           In the 2009 elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party garnered 18.8% of the country's support. However, under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, this surged to 31.3% in 2014. In 2019, the party surpassed its own record by securing 303 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, up from 282, and its vote share rose from 31% to 37%.

          Prior to 2014, the BJP governed only 5 states in the country. However, today, the NDA government holds power in 17 states, with the BJP leading majority governments in 12 of them. Before 2014, the BJP represented 17.5% of the population, but this figure has now surged to 58%.

          Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has diligently fulfilled all promises with unwavering dedication and hard work. This has led to the empowerment of villages, the poor, farmers, and women. For the first time since Independence, there is a prevailing belief among marginalized communities that the government under Shri Narendra Modi truly represents them.

          Under the Ujjwala Yojna, the Narendra Modi’s government has provided gas connections to more than 11 crore women to empower them. Under the Saubhagya scheme, over 2 crore 62 lakh people have been provided with electricity connections to their homes, and approximately 18 thousand villages have been electrified. Additionally, under the Jal Jeevan Mission, piped water has been delivered to the homes of 11 crore people.

          Prior to 2014, India held the 11th position among the world's largest economies. However, today, the nation ranks among the top five global economies. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the BJP is poised to form a government with a resounding majority for the third time in 2024, propelling India's economy to become the world's third-largest.

          During the Covid pandemic, Bharatiya Janata Party karyakartas, without caring for their lives, distributed crores of masks, and sanitizers, distributed food, and delivered medicines to thousands of elderly people. This demonstrated that the party's organizational efforts are ultimately aimed at benefiting the community.

          Through the Navmatdata Sammelan, the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji addressed over 3.2 million new voters. The Yuva Morcha played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this program by effectively implementing it on the ground.

          Under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the BJP has successfully connected around 10 crore women to self-help groups. Now, the party was committed to empowering 3 crore women as 'Lakhpati Didis'.

          Due to the policies implemented during the tenure of the BJP, higher education enrollment has surged by 44% in the SC category, 65% in the ST category, and 44% in the OBC category. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile scheme has effectively curbed corruption, ensuring that approximately ₹30 lakh crore directly reaches the accounts of the underprivileged.

          Under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the BJP secured victory and formed the government at the Center for two consecutive terms. Additionally, the BJP achieved success in Uttarakhand in two consecutive elections. The overwhelming victory in the assembly elections of Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh was credited to the public's confidence in the assurances of the respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.

          According to the International Monetary Fund report, India is recognized as a "Bright Spot," boasting the highest growth rate at 6.3 percent among major countries worldwide. Additionally, the Morgan Stanley report placed India at the forefront among developing nations.

          Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has bestowed the prestigious Bharat Ratna upon the distinguished sons of India, former Prime Ministers Shri Choudhary Charan Singh and Shri PV Narasimha Rao, in recognition of their lifelong contributions to the nation. Additionally, the commendable decision to honor Jananayak Karpoori Thakur, respected Shri Lal Krishna Advani, and agricultural scientist Shri MS Swaminathan with the Bharat Ratna is a noteworthy gesture.

          In the pursuit of India's development, the Bharatiya Janata Party has accomplished the construction of an extensive network spanning 3 lakh 75 thousand kilometers of roads in rural areas. Additionally, the installation of optical fiber in 2 lakh panchayats has facilitated internet connectivity and 1300 new world-class railway stations are being built.

          The BJP's voting percentage in West Bengal has surged significantly, escalating from 10% to 38.5%, accompanied by a notable increase in the number of assembly seats, rising from 3 to 77. In Gujarat, the BJP has maintained continuous power since 1997, showcasing a longstanding electoral success. The party achieved a historic victory in Haryana in 2014 and, in Assam, has formed the government twice since 2014, an accomplishment once deemed unattainable.

          Presently, the BJP has successfully extended its reach to over 8 lakh 40 thousand booths, and there are plans to further expand to 10 lakh booths soon. The dedicated efforts of the party Karyakartas will play a significant role in achieving this ambitious goal.
