Bharatiya Janata Party National President Shri Amit Shah will begin his three-day Kerala visit from Tuesday where he will commence and participate in ‘Janrakhsha Yatra’, a march slated to set about tomorrow against the brutal killing of BJP and Vichar Parivar activists in the state. During his visit, the party president will also participate in several other programmes. Earlier, the national president had visited the state during his three-day extensive tour on 02-04 and 06 June where he had presided over various programmes aimed at strengthening the organization and steer the expansion and publicity of the BJP.
The BJP president will perform ‘Puja’ in Thalliparamba based Raj Rajeshwar temple at 9 am on October 03. He will inaugurate an exhibition at 10.30. Afterward the BJP president will commence ‘Janraksha Yatra’ from Town Square, Payannur at 11 am. Shri Shah will lead the first day of Yatra from Payannur to Ezhilode via Pilathara. During the Yatra, Shri Shah will garland the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Gandhi Park, Payannur at 3 pm. The march will reach Pilathara at 5 in the evening where the BJP president will address a public meeting at 05.30 pm.
The next day on October 4, Shri Shah will preside over a meeting of Kerala state election committee in Hotel Ocean Pearl at 10 am. Thereafter, Shri Shah will address a conference of intellectuals in TMA Pai Convention centre in Mangalore at 5 pm.
On October 5, the last leg of his visit, the BJP national president will lead the Yatra from Mambaram to Thalassery via Balam and Venus corner. The march will start from Mambaram at 10 am and will reach Balam at 12 noon, Venus corner at 3.30 pm and Thalassery at 5 pm. Shri Shah will address a public meeting in Thalassery at 5.30 pm.
