BJP National President Rajnath Singh's Statement On Prime Minister Manmohan Singh And Mrs. Sonia Gandhi's Warning Of
More Terror Attacks On India

The BJP National President Mr.Rajnath Singh's said in New Delhi today that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's warning the country of more fidayeen and terror attacks on religious, economic and other sensitive targets, is an advance alibi to protect the UPA Govt's inaction, incompetence, and total capitulation in the face of mounting terror attacks from across the border.

Mr.Rajnath Singh further said that the so-called joint anti-terror mechanism statement issued in Havana is nothing but begging for more terror attacks from Pakistan in future. The UPA Govt.'s behaviour in the face of terror attacks of acting like a cry-baby after the Mumbai train blasts in July leading to suspension of talks and then suddenly coming up with a joint statement to create anti-terror mechanism and resume dialogues has reduced the gravity of the terror situation and internal security threats from across the borders to a ridiculous and strange spectacle making India look like a laughing stock before the world community.

The BJP President condemned the talk of recruiting/ deploying minority police officials is tantamount to the expression of no-confidence by the government in the security force of the country. Mr. Singh said that the acts and statements of the two top leaders of the UPA have only fuelled the bug of polarization in an already fragile social harmony in the country.

As regards PM Manmohan Singh's and Congress President Sonia Gandhi's criticism of the security forces alleging them of targeting minority community is nothing but abetment to more terror attacks , more sleeper- modules and demoralization of the security forces.
Mr. Rajnath Singh said that the Havana declaration of Gen. Musharraf and PM Manmohan Singh and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi- Manmohan Singh's utterances from Nainital have put the clock back on counter- terror offensive launched by the security forces within the country and on the borders.

The BJP President said that in the wake of the Mumbai train blasts killing nearly 200 and injuring 700, if the police went on a combing operation of a minority inhabited locality, there was nothing wrong in it. Security forces all over the world have been doing combing operations in the after-math of such massive tragedies, but the governments have desisted from criticising the efforts of the security forces lest it dampens their spirit to find the 'sleeper-modules' and other hidden internal terrorist network.

Mr. Singh warned the UPA government to stop acting funny while the whole internal and external security-scenario has become explosive. Mr. Singh said that people are watching the UPA Govt.'s tomfoolery in protecting the lives and properties of the citizens and the majesty of the Indian State, which is being challenged after every terror attack. The people are waiting to give the UPA Govt. a suitable answer.
