On the evolving political scenario in the state of Jharkhand, Party President, Sh. Rajnath Singh commented that whenever Congress is in power at the Center they adopt to their old and undemocratic practice of not allowing non-congress government's to function in the states.

The people of Jharkhand had given their mandate only to NDA during last assembly elections. We have not resorted to any undemocratic, unconstitutional and unethical means to save our government.

The UPA is guilty of destablising the state full of natural resources that was on the path of economic growth and prosperity. This anti-people and anti-welfare act of Congress will be challenged by people of Jharkhand in times to come.

It is evident that UPA is non-serious about running the new Jharkhand government as none of the UPA political parties have come forward to lead the government.
