BJP President Calls upon the cadres to make "Shaktishali Bharat"
(Strong India) an emmotive issue of Election

"India has all the potential to become super power in 10 years. Previous Congress regime has failed to explore this potential of the country. We have the Natural & Human resources in abudance. If we use these resources and synthesis the energies we can develop our country as a super power in 10 years to come. While Taiwan and other small countries can progress speedily why India can not do this fete is the real question. Central Government under the leadership of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has taken right initiatives and direction. If we continue on the same lines for next 10 years the dream of becoming super power will materialised" Said BJP President Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu while inaugurating the one day meeting of Cultural Cell of BJP. The State Conveners of Cultural Cells, many historians and artists were present for the meeting, which was presided over by R.K.Sinha. All India Convener for Cultural Cell D.P.Sinha welcomed the Party President. Party General Secretary & Spokesperson Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and newly appointed Spokesman Shri Prakash Javadekar were also present on the occasion.

Lashing out the Psuedo Secularist, "Psuedo Secularism " is the biggest danger to National Integration. We should take it as a challenge and defeat the Psuedo-Secularism in every form. Psudo-Secularism is dangerous because it has divided society into Majority and Minority. It has created minorityism . It has created social tension and barriers between different religions. This Psuedo-Secularism can be defeated by spreading the real thought of Cultural Nationalism. Cultural Renaissance is gaining ground. It will bring people to their roots. Thus, Cultural Nationalism is the real answer for Psuedo-Secularism",

While elaborating the theme, Mr. Naidu urged the members to expose Psuedo-Secularist, as they have entrenched in Universities, Film, Theatre and other cultural forums. Because of their western thinking they have spread a message that whatever old and Indian is bad. They have distorted the history to suit their convenience. This happened in the period of Indira Gandhi's regime. For years, speaking about Hindutva was considered parochial. These people created the impression that Hindutva is a narrow concept. But now people are realising that Hindutva is the mainstay of this nation. Hindutva is a way of life. Hindutva, Cultural nationalism and Indianness are all synonymous. We are not ashamed of our Hindutva Ideology neither we are apologetic about it. In pre-independence days all Congress Leaders were using thoughts of cultural nationalism. But after the advent of Psuedo-Secularist, Political Parties started shying away from this nationalist thinking. BJP is proud of Nation's Cultural Heritage and way of life. However, he clarified that Hindutva is not our election issue.

Mr. Naidu further narrated his experiences of recent Thailand and Indonesia tour. In Thailand he found Ram Marg, State Bank of Ayodhya. In Indonesia he found Garuda Airways, Kubera Bank, Idol of Ganesh on Currency. The Muslims in these countries justified this, as this is part of their cultural legacy. After trimph of BJP in Gujarat, the Congress Party, many Journalist and thinkers are re-looking to their approach of one-sided secularism. Mr. Naidu exuded confidence that the Ideology of Cultural Nationalism will spread with more speed in years to come.
