Rajnath: Act on Malaysia treatment BJP president Rajnath Singh on Monday demanded immediate diplomatic intervention by the UPA government on the brutal treatment meted out to persons of Indian-origin. As they took out protest marches, they were brutally beaten and hundreds of them were detained by the police. Mr Singh demanded that the government should register its protest with the Malaysian envoy in New Delhi and also convey its displeasure on developments in Malaysia. Mr Singh expressed solidarity with the people of Indian-origin in Malaysia and hoped that their struggle against the injustice and inequality will reach to a logical conclusion. |
